In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rusa33 website accessible at https://rusa33.bio, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "rusa33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its management and operation.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses (where applicable).

To access the full range of services offered by rusa33, you must create a Player Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. rusa33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify rusa33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• rusa33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Account names and contact details may not be transferred to or used by another person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the rusa33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with rusa33's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• rusa33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds internal thresholds or where KYC verification is incomplete.

rusa33 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds and are held separately from your real-money Balance until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the rusa33 Platform, across all product verticals including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and table games:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• rusa33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds, system errors, or clearly erroneous data feeds.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a live game session, rusa33's server logs constitute the definitive record of the game state. Any resulting dispute will be resolved in accordance with the outcome recorded in those logs.
• Bet limits (minimum and maximum) apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product lobby and are subject to change at rusa33's discretion.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit Platform vulnerabilities, or use of automated betting software (bots) will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from rusa33.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to rusa33 for display on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized use of rusa33's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rusa33 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rusa33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by rusa33's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either you or rusa33 may close a Player Account. The following terms apply:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting rusa33 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active wagering requirements remain on Bonus Funds.
• Closure by rusa33: rusa33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) your Account is found to be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
• In the event of closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, rusa33 reserves the right to withhold any Balance where the funds are directly attributable to the breach in question.
• These Terms & Conditions survive Account closure in respect of any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rusa33 holds its international operating licence.

• In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact rusa33's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of no fewer than 14 calendar days for the matter to be resolved informally before escalating the matter further.
• rusa33 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by rusa33's licensing authority.
• These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
